If you're one of those authors who can down six espressos and bang out 10k in a day, then feel free to sip margaritas and watch Black Mirror until 27 June. For those of us looking for something at a more steady rate, here are some stats for you:
Starting today, 5 March, we've got nearly four months (118 days!) until the 30 June due date. If you write 500 words per day, you'll have your 30k locked down by Saturday, 5 May, giving you plenty of time to edit, and the ability to take a break from writing without falling behind.
Alternatively, if you write 1,875 words per week (or about 268 words per day), you'll be done on 23 June with a week to spare.
We've set up a word sprinting room and a channel in our Discord chat to keep ourselves accountable and cheer each other on, or feel free to comment here when you need some encouragement!
