Ode to WOLFSTAR BIG BANG SIGN UPS!!!

 Now that it’s officially December, it’s time to get things moving for the 2018 Wolfstar Big Bang! Head on over to Dreamwidth from now through January 5th to sign up as an artist or writer.

 

You can check out our detailed FAQ and timeline on Dreamwidth or Tumblr, but here are the basics:

 

 Writers are committing to a story minimum of 30k words.

Artists are committing to a minimum of 3 pieces of artwork.

       All work must be original and unpublished.

All participants must be over the legal age of consent in their country of residence.

Sign ups end on January 5th, submissions are due June 30th. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of chatting and check-ins during the creative period!

Usernames on any other platform: kiertorata (same on LJ, AO3, DeviantArt, tumblr, etc.), ginnylikespansy (on Twitter). I'm pretty inactive on DW, but will try to step up my game for this :D
Preferred Name and pronouns: Em, they/them unless it's super confusing, in which case she/her is super ok!
Hogwarts House(s): Slytherin! Although if the Sorting Hat got to resort me at this age, it would debate for a while between Slytherin and Ravenclaw. I'm a resourceful, "knowledge is power" -type.

When did you first start reading Harry Potter: '98 or '99?
What was it in the books that made you see a Remus/Sirius romance: I got into it through fanfiction and then noticed loads of signs when I reread the books. There's been some excellent ship manifestos on them listing all the times Sirius and Remus glance at one another in the books (a lot more than any other two characters!), they give Harry a joined present...

I think most of us Slytherins have a little Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff in us to keep things well rounded. *slytherin solidarity fist bump*

Once you re-read the books, things are so much more obvious, aren't they? I don't know how JKR missed it!

OMG, the ship manifesto community, that place is SO awesome, it just puts all the things we know in a convenient, well-organized way. I use it for Newsies too. lol.
