lol, but the Pottermore test was awesome. I had gone into it with the intention of trying to not let my answers be swayed in order to get Gryffindor. But the questions are so weird, you know? It's brilliant. I got Gryffindor! Then, I wanted to take it again trying not to get into Gryffindor, and still got Gryffindor based off my other answers, but I got Gryffindor again. And I AM a Gryffindor. I always do things that a young woman shouldn't do - like pull up in the middle of the night on the shoulder of the freeway because someone's stopped there, in order to make sure they're okay. I'm also very reckless and can be very passionate about shit and short-tempered in regard to my passions. Though I may run into the black of night on the bike path I live next to if I hear a scream, when I'm the victim, I freeze. I go along with everything the man does out of fear of being attacked for fighting back. It's weird. Everyone asks why I didn't scream or run. Lol.
I don't believe in astrology, but I fit the traits of a Gryffindor in the same way I fit as an Aries. So, it's like your Slytherin is in the house of Hufflepuff (cuz I don't think Hufflepuffs could ever be/want to be Slytherins, but Slytherins are cunning, so it wouldn't be that big of a deal the other way around. (by the way, I was gonna link you to any comment of mine to prove to you what true rambling is, but I think I'm currently proving it already.
And whaddya know? The moon and stars are astrology! lol.
Do you know how hard it is to find people who read the first four before seeing the movie. Do you find that the actors replace the faces you'd always pictured for each character? That's why I stopped at the first movie (they're ALL awful, but HP and the gang have been my best friends longer than anyone in real life, and I could risk losing them to Rupert Grint(?), Daniel Radcliffe, and Alan Rickman fucked everything up with his age. Great actor, I hear he's a great Snape. COOL. Problem is, Snape is meant to be 31/32 in the first book, and Alan Rickman was 60 for the first movie, and since the Marauders and Lily were all the same age, it mae it so Gary OLD MAN and that ugly ass guy playing Lupin (WITH A MUSTACHE AND SCARS??? Nowhere are scars mentioned, and come on.), Rickman's age meant that James and Lily, as the same age, would've been 50 years old when they had Harry. UGHHHHHH. I get very angry about the movies, but I'd still have watched them if it were just a matter of hating it, but it's the faces being replaced in my head that kept me away.
(I'm only being an asshole because I just learned the difference between paying someone a compliment and two people who complete each other: complement. I'm sorry. But they do also compliment each other, lol. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry - spellchecking is such a low blow, but I don't mean it like that! gah.)
R/S: I LOVE the cellestial side of the symbolism between them. Sirius, the star, is the brightest star in the night sky. The only other body in the night sky is what, you ask? Oh I dunno, only THE MOON. Have you heard my Moon Song? I wrote it as a story of their complementary stories:
Moon Song
You may really like it - at least the lyrics, I spent a loooong time going through celestial vocabulary to pick out words that fit but also sounded romantic. It's a good song. lol. LISTEN TO IT OR GO THE WAY OF CEDRIC DIGGORY. Rowling! (that means j/k, heh)
Now, I apologize for this rambling essay. ;D I'm

Date: Saturday, 2 December 2017 20:47 (UTC)The test I did wasn’t a buzzfeed one, but I believe it’s been taken down now so I can’t link it. But it was amazing and broke down for each house and it explained a lot, but the questions were also really really in-depth and more situational based rather than brave cunning etc.
The faces didn’t really replace the ones in the book, I have the films as one thing and the books as another. Then FanFiction I have other faces because of ages and situation etc, like Muggle AU can’t look the same as Wizarding etc. I know what I mean!
I love that song!! That’s so beautiful!
